Recruitment status: Open
Study phase: Phase 3
Simplified inclusion criteria:
• Newly diagnosed AML eligible for intensive chemotherapy
• ECOG 0–2
• Adequate organ function (heart EF > 50%, kidneys, liver)
Simplified exclusion criteria:
• Acute promyelocytic leukemia
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Active malignancy
• HIV, HBV, or HCV infection
