For Investigator

The University Center for Clinical Research Support of the Collegium Medicum, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń is a modern unit open to cooperation with investigators, physicians and specialists. We support research teams in the planning and conduct of clinical trials and scientific projects, providing organisational, administrative and infrastructural resources – in collaboration with clinical and medical units.

We offer investigators:

• participation in international and commercial studies (as principal investigator or sub-investigator);

• implementation of academic projects and research initiatives with the support of the University Center for Clinical Research Support;

• professional development in the field of clinical trials;

• coordination and administrative support at every stage of project implementation.

We invite investigators who:

• possess relevant clinical experience and professional qualifications;

• are interested in conducting research projects with the support of a specialised clinical trials centre;

• wish to develop their scientific activity within the clinical trials environment.

What do we offer investigators?

• access to international projects and commercial studies;

• continuous support from qualified study coordinators (organisation of the research process, visit schedules, communication with the Sponsor/CRO, documentation management);

• administrative and legal project management (preparation and negotiation of agreements, document workflow, financial settlements) in accordance with applicable regulations;

• dedicated premises – workstations, space for study visits, meetings, training sessions and documentation archiving;

• equipment and IT infrastructure supporting the conduct of clinical trials, with particular regard to data security and quality standards;

• opportunities for professional and scientific development, as well as flexible forms of project-based cooperation.
